APsystems supports only professional solar installers and does not accommodate DIY self-installations, as outlined in the APsystems policy for Non-Professional Self-Installers (see attached). Customers are strongly encouraged to hire a professional installer. For those who have already installed their system or plan to self-install, refer to the Do-It-Yourself Installer EMA account registration (attached).

Warranty support is exclusively available through professional installers. APsystems will work directly with them to provide debugging assistance, process RMA requests, and handle the replacement and installation of APsystems equipment.
