The IQ Combiner 5/5C uses wired communication for control and is compatible with the IQ System Controller 3/3G and IQ Battery 5P. Together with IQ Series Microinverters, IQ System Controller 3/3G, and IQ Battery 5P, it forms a complete, grid-agnostic Enphase Energy System.
