Agreement
Welcome to SolarVion. These terms and conditions of sale apply to the offer, purchase, and sale of products and services through www.solarvion.com.
The Services may provide access to photovoltaic product information and purchases from suppliers. Certain products or services may be sold directly by SolarVion, while others may be provided by third-party suppliers subject to their own terms.
Changes and Acceptance
SolarVion reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility and Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement. If purchasing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Third-Party Sellers
Products and services provided by Third-Party Sellers may be governed by separate terms. It is your responsibility to review those terms before purchase.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Each order is considered an offer under these Terms. The Seller may accept or reject orders, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
Prices and Payment Terms
Prices may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Orders are accepted only after payment is received. SolarVion may correct pricing errors or inaccuracies and may cancel orders resulting from such errors.
Shipments, Delivery, and Title
Shipment arrangements are made by the Seller and delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss transfer when the product is handed over to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Except for sale or non-returnable items, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping and handling costs, provided they are returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
Returns for products sold by SolarVion are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Third-Party Sellers may have different policies.
Manufacturer's Warranty and Disclaimers
Products may include a manufacturer’s warranty as described in the product details. Products are otherwise sold “as is” without warranties, express or implied, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
SolarVion is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable products and services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms state that they are governed by Ohio law and that disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration, with jury trials and class actions waived.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and replace prior agreements regarding the same subject matter.
